Ask and you shall receive. But look here first. It may have the answers you’re looking for.

We believe summer is a time to feel free, unwind and have fun while doing so. That's why we ensure our COVID-19 cleaning protocols meet or exceed WHO and UK Government guidelines, allowing you to enjoy your stay without worry.

Frequently Asked Questions

We get it. A new place to stay. A new way of travelling. It can be hard to step outside of your comfort zone. Luckily for you, when you step into a Zeni apartment, you’ll be right back in one. In the meantime, let us answer those burning questions.

Sort of. Instead of building new hotels across the UK, we reduce carbon footprints by repurposing empty apartments and high-end student blocks during the summer months. With both long- and short-stay options, we think our unrestricted access to inner city apartments is the way forward.

Zeni operates during the summer months, when the apartments we use are empty. Currently most of our rooms are available from July to September each year.

Yes. What would a summer trip be without some fun activities to keep you busy? Currently, we host various shenanigans every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, such as running club, ping pong tournaments, yoga sessions and even happy hours. All free, of course. That’s the Zeni way.

Each Zeni apartment building has a front desk. Our community manager will be there from 3pm to 7.30pm every day. Feel free to pop down and say hi; we hear they like chocolate.

Yes and no. It depends on the room.

Ensuite rooms don’t have a kitchen – they’re more for the get-up-and-go type travellers.
Studio apartments have a kitchenette – for those who like tea and takeaway.
Family apartments and flats have a full-blown kitchen – so everyone’s happy.

Most of our rooms offer small double beds with hotel-quality linens. The rest have standard doubles

Sure. If you’re over 18, go right ahead.

Each flat comes with a living and dining area suitable for the number of guests it sleeps, plus a bit extra. With a full kitchen there is also space for you to cook in one part, chill in the other.

Why not? That’s what a holiday is all about. For just £4 per hour per bedroom, you can check out as late as you like. But at standard rates you’ll need to check out by 12pm. Rules is rules.

Unfortunately, it depends on the apartment. Some places have limited parking spaces but can offer spaces at £5 per car, per day. For everywhere else, we think www.justpark.com is the safest option.

Unfortunately not. But our chums at www.stasher.com can usually help with that.

There’s no harm in asking, right? It depends on the day in question, as we can’t guarantee rooms will be ready before 3pm. But if you can, we’ll do all we can to make it happen.

A fair question, especially for you business travellers. Most of our sites offer business-grade, high-speed Wi-Fi at speeds hitting 100mbps.

Absolutely. You’ll find prices listed on your guidebook upon check-in.

Yes, most of our apartments have a place to store bikes. Don’t forget your lock and chain.

Of course! It would be best if you didn’t smell during your stay. Every apartment has a laundry service. Wash cycles are usually around £3.00, and drying cycles are around £1.70.

If availability allows it, you sure can. Just hop back onto our website and book your extra days, or ask at the front desk. It’s that simple!

Most of our sites offer fully equipped gyms, so knock yourself out. Not literally. But you get the idea.
